You mean you aren't surprised that I am STILL eating crappy food, and drinking lots of pop...and that it's been probably a week to a week and a half since I exercized? I guess I am not surprised either! I am so bad doing things long term! I just need to get into the habit and stick with it. (Really though, it would help if this stupid kidney thing or whatever it is didn't sneak up on me every couple of weeks and make me feel like NOT exercizing). I WILL DO BETTER. SADIE- KICK MY BUTT!!! COME ON :)
I hear ya Krissy!! just remember that tomorrow is another day and you can start new!! My back is making it tough to workout too, just do what you can and take it slow! And if you can't do it you cannot do it, it is OK!!! You only live once, make the most of it!!!:)
