So I never got around to putting the pictures of my mom and her blanket on here like I said I would! Now that a few people have asked me (more than once) if she got it...I realize that it is time to get off my lazy horse and put these on here :)
I think she liked it. My sister would tell me how she would just take it out and look at it forever for days after she got it. And the last picture on here is of her holding the autographed picture of Paula Deen from the food network! I emailed them and asked if she would be able to do something like that for my mom to put on her blanket. Once I got it in the mail, I thought it would look better framed so it was safe! Isnt she just the greatest, Y'all?? And that is why Paula Deen is the sweetest one on that channel!! I knew we liked her for a reason. Cant count the hours me and my mom spend on the phone watching her together :)
That was probably the most excited I have ever been to give someone a present :) Now that she has it, I can go back to breathing easy...I would almost slip everytime she asked me what I was doing when we got on the phone. "Oh...just sitting here working on your blanket." So close, so many times...but thakfully I never slipped!!!
Oh Krissy! You can just see in your mom's eyes how special that blanket is to her! You are so sweet!
